Irina Prell-Spearing, Founder and Owner of Prell Spearing Law, originally earned her accounting degree and a separate law degree in her home country of Russia before moving to the USA.

The desire to pursue an entrepreneurial spirit led her to immigrate to the United States. Upon arriving, she realized the immense potential in real estate. Since arriving in the USA, Irina completed a master’s degree in Business Administration and worked in the real estate industry.

Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions in both the legal and real estate industries. Her roles within housing include serving as a project manager, a realtor, a real estate broker, and a home builder and home renovator. In 2007 she gained her general contractor’s license. As Florida general contractor, she completed over 400 renovations and approximately 50 high-end custom new construction projects. These projects included construction on Captiva Island, in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Marco Island in Collier County, and many others. This valuable, hands-on experience enabled Irina as an attorney, to understand the argument and logistics behind any legal dispute involving construction and workmanship. Whether it is construction delays, construction defects or contractual disputes, Irina understands the applicable standards, requirements of the Florida Building Code and can argue for the rights of the party she represents.

Irina has been a Real Estate broker since 2006 and provides valuable insight into effective negotiation and contract disputes, issues related to real estate disclosures, rights and obligations of the contracting parties, breach of contract, and liability exposure.
