Irina has been involved in Florida Real estate for over 20 years. She has had practical experience in the field as a past Real Estate Broker and as a licensed General Contractor. This experience allows her to understand and to effectively argue complex construction issues, construction defect claims, construction delay disputes, customary trade practices, and Florida Building Code requirements. This knowledge is instrumental for successful construction dispute resolution or litigation. In addition, past hands-on real estate experience helps Irina to structure real estate deals, negotiate transaction terms in favor of her clients and build the best possible foreclosure defense strategy. Irina’s tenacious personality, commitment to achieving the best possible results, and refusal to take a ”No” for an answer makes her a strong advocate for her clients.
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.
Buying, selling, building, or investing in a property are some of the most significant decisions you can make in life. That’s why it is so important to have an expert on your side who has a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about your best interests. At Prell Spearing Law, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, individualized service. Irina Prell-Spearing, Founder and Owner of Prell Spearing Law, originally earned her accounting degree and a separate law degree in her home country of Russia before moving to the USA.
The desire to pursue an entrepreneurial spirit led her to immigrate to the United States. Upon arriving, she realized the immense potential in real estate. Since arriving in the USA, Irina completed a master’s degree in Business Administration and worked in the real estate industry.
Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions in both the legal and real estate industries. Her roles within housing include serving as a project manager, a realtor, a real estate broker, and a home builder and home renovator. In 2007 she gained her general contractor’s license. As Florida general contractor, she completed over 400 renovations and approximately 50 high-end custom new construction projects. These projects included construction on Captiva Island, in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Marco Island in Collier County, and many others. This valuable, hands-on experience enabled Irina as an attorney, to understand the argument and logistics behind any legal dispute involving construction and workmanship. Whether it is construction delays, construction defects or contractual disputes, Irina understands the applicable standards, requirements of the Florida Building Code and can argue for the rights of the party she represents.
Irina has been a Real Estate broker since 2006 and provides valuable insight into effective negotiation and contract disputes, issues related to real estate disclosures, rights and obligations of the contracting parties, breach of contract, and liability exposure.
This hands-on experience has given Irina Prell-Spearing valuable insights, which she uses to support clients. Being through the last economic downturn, Irina is well equipped with the knowledge and the tools to help economically impacted customers with foreclosure defense and short sale negotiation.
Personally, Irina Prell-Spearing prides herself in thinking outside of the box and finding solutions to help her customers. She does not take a “No” for an answer and works very diligently and persistently to help her clients to get the best possible results.
No matter the task, Irina Prell-Spearing provides her clients with time-saving and cost-effective service. She understands the importance of both when it comes to real estate matters.
