Bruce started his practice as an associate at a large firm in West Palm Beach, Florida and became a partner/stockholder at the oldest and one of the largest law firms in Southwest Florida. For over 20 years, he honed his skills on transactions ranging from mid $500k to over $200 Million.
While focusing on commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions and the representation of real estate developers, Bruce also handles a plethora of other real estate and business-related matters such as residential purchase and sale transactions, commercial condominium projects, general business matters, financial transactions and work-outs, commercial leasing, and title insurance services.
Bruce founded his own firm to pay particular attention to client services beyond the standard procedures and billable hours. Your matter deserves the most sophisticated approach and Bruce draws on years of experience to efficiently and effectively structure your transaction to meet its full potential.
Having been a resident of Southwest Florida for over 15 years, Bruce has deep connections within the local business community and can draw upon those resources and referral networks.
Bruce is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Associations. He obtained his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Houston.
During his time in Texas, Bruce was a professional tennis player and instructor. His lifelong love of the sport persists to this day, as does his appreciation for the congeniality of Texans! However, his roots run deep as a fifth-generation native of Florida. Bruce is originally from the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area; though, he spent much of his youth living abroad. As an adult, Bruce has lived in Texas, California, and Florida.
Bruce is also an avid football fan (Go Fins! Go Canes!) and golfer. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on one of the local courses enjoying the challenge of the game.
He is a three time Men’s Club Champion at the Verandah Club in Fort Myers.
